I train to sustain my youth — to stay strong, capable, and performing at a high level for as long as possible.
That’s the same approach I bring to every client I work with.
Since 2018, I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals — from general population to youth athletes, high school and collegiate competitors, and alongside NFL athletes — helping them improve performance, recover from setbacks, and train with purpose.
I’ve also worked with individuals facing real physical challenges, including Parkinson’s and paralysis, which has given me a deeper understanding of how the body adapts, recovers, and continues to progress at every level.

As a former professional athlete, I’ve dealt with injuries, setbacks, and the constant demands placed on the body. One thing is always true: You’re either preparing your body for what’s coming — or reacting to it after the fact.
