You're either preparing your body for what's coming, or reacting to it after the fact.

By the time most people come to me, something has already given out. A back that flares up on flights. A shoulder that ended the golf season early. Knees that turned a five-mile run into a walk.

None of that is age. It's accumulated compensation: joints that lost range, then lost strength in the range they had left, over years of sitting, travelling, and training around the problem instead of through it.

The work is straightforward. Restore control at the joint. Build strength inside that control. Load it until it holds up under real life. That's a system, and it takes an assessment to run it properly.

Training

The full system, applied to you directly. We start with a movement assessment, build a program around what it finds, and adjust it every session based on how you're actually responding. Nothing here is pulled off a shelf.

What's included
  • Full joint-by-joint movement assessment
  • A program built from that assessment, not a template
  • In-person sessions or structured remote coaching
  • Mobility, strength and recovery in one plan
  • Ongoing adjustment as you adapt
  • Direct access to your coach between sessions
Method

Measured,
then built.

Every program here starts as data: your ranges, joint by joint. FRC restores the range you can control. ISM builds strength inside it. Two systems, one structure.

Functional Range Conditioning

Restore the range you control

Passive range is what a joint allows. Active range is what you can use.

0° Active 120° Passive 165° 45° you can’t control →

The gap between those two arcs is where injuries live. FRC closes it with controlled rotations, isometrics and progressive load, joint by joint, until the range you have is range you own.

Internal Strength Model

Build strength inside it

Force starts at the ground. Strength is how cleanly it reaches your hands.

Force in Transfer Output

Most training only measures output. ISM organises the chain that produces it, from positioning to bracing to coordination, so force moves through every joint instead of leaking around the weak ones.

The full breakdown of both systems, and how they combine, lives on the method page.

    Methodology

I train to sustain my youth: to stay strong, capable and performing at a high level for as long as possible. That's the same approach I bring to every client.

Since 2018 I've worked with everyone from general population clients to youth, high school and collegiate athletes, and alongside NFL athletes. I've also worked with people managing Parkinson's and paralysis, which taught me more about how a body adapts and recovers than any certification did.

Your starting point doesn't define your ceiling. It just defines where we begin.

As a former professional athlete I've dealt with the injuries, the setbacks and the constant demands. Setbacks aren't a matter of if, they're a matter of when. The goal is to be ready for them: to adapt, recover and keep moving forward.

This isn't about working out. It's about building a body that holds up, supports the life you've built, and lets you keep performing over time.
